We begin with the “Crew” – and it’s no ordinary team of professionals.  At Manor Hill, we staff our events much like a major motion picture or theatrical production – it’s been the model for both of these entities for over a century.  From our Technical Directors, Show Callers, Stage Managers to those who operate the controls for your live events, we source the most talented professionals in the industry for each event. Our roster reads like a “Who’s Who” in the live event world.

As for the “Cast”, these talented professionals are the leaders of your organization and those that have been selected to speak on behalf of your company.  We work with each presenter to help them deliver their best performance.  From blocking and stage directions, to delivering their own unique message, we believe your “Cast” deserves the time and attention necessary for these important moments in time.  It’s your “Chair” – allow us to help support your most important messaging opportunity.

The Producers – Manor Hill Leadership – with well over 150 years of advertising, creative and live event experience,we will walk you through each phase of our unique production model.  Our executive team has worked, coached and supported many within the “C Suite” realm of stage presenters, Key-note professionals and all levels of professional entertainment.

Mary Marriner
Founder
Mary Marriner

An accountant, chef, designer, wife, mother and grandmother, Mary wears many hats. She co-founded Marriner Marketing Communications and Victoria Restaurant Group, where she not only designed its three restaurants, but served as CFO of the business operations. As sole Trustee of The Marriner Family Trust, Mary controls all Manor Hill Farm operations.

Randy Marriner

A serial entrepreneur, Randy is also CEO of Victoria Restaurant Group and Manor Hill Brewing (Maryland’s largest farm brewery). Formerly, Randy was Chairman & CEO of Marriner Marketing Communications, offering world class creative services to a stellar client list that include Citibank, Coca-Cola, Glaxo Pharmaceuticals, Kellogg’s, Marriott International and more.

Rachael Mull

Rachael, a CPA by trade, began her career at KPMG, as an audit manager in the Healthcare Group; Marriner Marketing, as Comptroller; and MedStar Health, as Director of Corporate Finance. Now, as CEO Rachael provides second generation leadership for all her family’s enterprises: Victoria Restaurant Group, Manor Hill Brewing, and Manor Hill Productions.

Patrick began his event production career as the Team Project Manager for Microsoft’s Xbox Halo launch, where he was responsible for reaching over 10 million gamers. Just prior to joining Manor Hill, Patrick spent the last 6 years with PRG where he was the number one Account Executive in revenue for PRG’s largest Corporate and Association Clients.

Corey Mull

Corey brings more than 20 years in marketing, consulting, and project management experience with a client list that includes Marriott International, United Healthcare, and AARP.  Today, he oversees the day-to-day operations related to brand, strategy, and information technology, supporting both business development and ongoing client relations for Manor Hill.

David is responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining strategic client relationships for Manor Hill. A 36-year industry veteran, David spent the last 9 years at JSAV and was at Freeman for 21 years prior to that. A Live Event Specialist, his expertise spans sales leadership, creative production, AV systems integration, and senior account management.

Kathy is our Industry Ambassador, leveraging her unique ability to develop and establish lasting relationships with our corporate and association clients across North America. Kathy began her career at AVMG, serving as Director, Business Development, and for the past 5 years, she was National Director, Industry Relations with JSAV in Dallas, TX.

Kenny launched his event management career in 1986 with the Rouse Company and in 1991, he founded KSE Productions. With offices in Washington, D.C. and New York, KSE designed and produced Fashion Shows, Product Launches, Pop-up Shops, and traveling exhibitions for Nordstrom, Prada, Mazda, Hermes, Motorola, and more.

A 15-year industry veteran, Brian will be reunited with David Hubbard and Kathy Keys, with whom he spent the last 6 years together at JSAV in Dallas, TX, where he was a National Account Executive.

Johnson, B.S., M.A., M.F.A., has been involved in live theatrical events since childhood.  She began her professional career as a concert dancer and choreographer and has successfully produced and stage managed large and small corporate events in Europe, Australia, Japan and the USA for a variety of clients since 2001
