Creative Services
From theme development to brand integration, we work with our clients to identify event goals, messaging and milestones for their event experience. We then dive into the core of these elements and creatively design a theme that embraces the essence of their messaging.
We begin by developing an understanding of our client’s unique event. With that knowledge, we start to create a palette of design through graphics and brand integration. From there we build-out collateral materials, presentation decks, video and animation support, and ultimately the stage design and how the footprint embraces the theme and drives brand awareness.
Ideation incorporates the various stages of a thought cycle – from innovation, to development, to actualization – it’s an essential part of the design process. Ideation is the foundation for strategic theme development.
We work with our clients, through ideation and design, to create powerful brand concepts for both individual events and entire event campaigns. Many times, we use unique styling to mirror a client’s core brand palette.
As the engine used to support the design process, we provide graphic services ranging from style guide development, tactile elements such as directional signage, window clings, and column wraps to digital components such as web banners.

In advance of the event, Manor Hill Productions will provide expert guidance to help exhibitors with the accurate and timely online ordering of exhibitor services. In addition, we will automatically coordinate any audiovisual services ordered with all other services providing the exhibitor a seamless and efficient experience from move-in to move-out.
During the event, Manor Hill Productions offers a complimentary, individualized level of service to exhibitors to help place, amend, and follow-up on their orders. Our Exhibitor Concierges are knowledgeable, courteous individuals who are available to exhibitors during the entire event from move-in to move-out.
Manor Hill Productions provides 30-day advance warehousing and storage of exhibit materials and on-site freight receiving in addition to such specialized services as rigging, crane service, padded van shipments, refrigerated materials, and more.
Skilled labor to assist in the setup and takedown of exhibit displays is available both in advance and onsite. For added convenience, you need not be present as supervised labor is also available to install and remove exhibit displays including those utilizing Manor Hill Productions audiovisual services.

Manor Hill Productions will assist event planners in determining and coordinating their electrical power requirements for all event areas including but not limited to Registration, General Sessions, Exhibit Hall, Breakout Sessions, and Food Service. To achieve advance order discounts, electrical orders will be placed with the electrical service provider well in advance.
In venues where there is not an exclusive contract for cleaning, Manor Hill Productions provides full convention cleaning services at industry competitive rates.
